Description
Abstract: Based on the fundamental properties of the S-matrix (unitarity, Poincaré invariance and analyticity), dispersion relations provide valuable information on effective field theories (EFTs). In this talk I will show how these theoretical constraints, when applied to massive gravity, can be used to bound the graviton mass as a function of the cutoff of the EFT. The phenomenological consequences of this new constraint on the EFT of massive gravity will also be discussed.
