Dear PhD students,

This is a reminder for the General PhD Assembly on 06.04.2020 at 16.00h to elect the new DoIt speakers. The candidates for this position are:

Marius Hoffmann
Philipp Amstutz

As you all know by now, the assembly will be online. We will use 'Zoom', which can be downloaded here. A link to join the zoom meeting will be sent around on Monday morning. The agenda for the meeting is:

• Overview of last year's activities by the current DoIt speakers (Felix Giese and Marius Hoffmann), with an opportunity for questions.
• Introduction of this year's candidates Philipp Amstutz and Marius Hoffmann, with an opportunity for questions.
• Election of the new speakers.

The vote will be an open vote, and we will register the attendees of the meeting, according to the DoIt statutes. Therefore, we ask you to sign in to the meeting using your full name, so we know who is there.
