Regina gave an overview of the year of efforts made for DOI minting with SciCat resulting in the General DOI service for the user meeting end of January. Prospects for 2026 were given as well. The video showed what was implemented in week 49.

Nicolas took over to present the Gamma Ingestor, a tool that takes as input a file that is produced on GPFS per beamtime folder raw and processed that contains file information of the datafiles without actually accessing the data.

  • Jan K asked how the summary datasets will be created. A dedicated team, starting with Anjali A, will deal with all these requests.

  • Paul M wanted to know whose responsibility it is to make the PubDB entry: The users as agreed when applying for beamtime.

  • Anton B asked for sustainability of Nicolas Gamma Ingestor: Potentially part of a DAPHNE2 efforts at DESY? 

  • Tim W asked details of agreement w. L, RH invited him to join the follow up meeting, same for the Kick off meeting for interfacing w/ storage.
