In the past years, FLASH has provided unique possibilities for accelerator physics experiments and technology developments - and in the near future even more requests on experiments and beam time for FEL related studies, accelerator studies and advanced accelerator technologies are expected However, the main emphasis of FLASH is to serve the FEL community as an FEL user facility. In addition, the available resources, especially concerning manpower and time for accelerator experiments and hardware modifications, will be limited in the coming years and requires careful coordination. The goal of this mini-workshop is to gather all proposals and plans concerning the FLASH facility for the years 2012-2015). It will include also FLASH2 and FLASH3 construction and commissioning, and possible hardware changes of the existing FLASH accelerator. The workshop is the basis for the mid-term planning for FLASH. In particular we expect presentations on the various seeding experiments (sFLASH, HHG, EEHG, HGHG, ...), plasma acceleration, particle physics experiments, and ILC and XFEL related studies or hardware tests.
