Description
Deadline for Registration extended to June 20, 2016! Welcome to the Linear Collider School 2016! The latest in this successful series of physics schools will take place 20th-27th July 2016 at Frauenchiemsee, Germany. The school is aimed at PhD students and postdoctoral researchers working in particle physics. The programme consists of lectures covering the following topics: Detectors (LHC, ILC) -- e+e- Accelerators and future concepts -- Top/Higgs/BSM Physics Aspects -- Precision Calculations -- Physics and Philosophy -- Cosmology -- Current LC Status. We welcome presentations by students from any area of particle physics: LHC or LC analyses, neutrino experiments, dark matter searches, etc. There is a registration fee of 400 EUR for students. Accommodation (double rooms for students), breakfast, lunch, dinner and all coffee breaks are all included in this fee!
