Deadlines and conference fees: May 2nd, 2016: deadline for early registration Early conference fee: 500,000 KRW Early reduced fee for students: 250,000 KRW May 20th, 2016: deadline for late registration Late conference fee: 600,000 KRW Late reduced fee for students: 300,000 KRW The conference fee covers breakfasts at the hotel, lunches, coffee breaks, conference dinner and social/cultural events. For accompanying persons joining the banquet a fee of 100,000 KRW is charged, whereas the evening reception is complimentary, and participation in the excursion entails a cost of 20,000 KRW. The conference fee is to be paid in cash during on-site registration. Please take note that credit cards or any other payment forms cannot be accepted. Visa information If your country of origin has a visa-waiver agreement with South Korea (c.f. here), participation in the conference does not require any further formalities.
