The EUCALL Annual Meeting 2016 will be held at HZDR in Dresden, during 31.08 - 02.09.2016.
The meeting will begin at 11:30 on 31.08.2016 and end at 12:00 on 02.09.2016.
The Annual Meeting is being organised by HZDR's Michael Bussmann (Chair of the Local Organizing Committee), with support from Graham Appleby (European XFEL) and Sirit Vellguth (HZDR).
Registration is open! Please register before the deadline of 31 July 2016.
The meeting will include:
1) parallel work package (WP) sessions as we had at the Kick Off meeting - Meeting Program
2) separate workshops and experience exchange sessions to stimulate interaction between the different WPs
3) a poster session with buffet dinner
4) a visit to some of the experimental facilities in HZDR
5) a social program including a Boat Tour and the Meeting Dinner (Boat Service Website)

Travel to HZDR - Note that we will provide a shuttle transfer from the Hotels to HZDR and back.
Further details regarding the lab visits/social programme/workshop details will be announced in the upcoming weeks.

We encourage you to consider joining the Satellite Workshop on "Building a Target Network for Advanced Laser Light Sources" during 29 - 31 August at HZDR.
