Description
The scientific colloquium is organised on the occasion of the 75th birthday of Prof. Jochen R. Schneider, the former head of HASYLAB (1993-2007), and since the year 2000 member of the DESY Directorate in charge of Photon Science.
The programme comprises a welcome address and three science talks, given by John Galayda (SLAC/LCLS II), Daniela Rupp (TU Berlin) and Henry Chapman (DESY-CFEL) on current research in the field of FEL developments and science.
