Description

At the Forschungszentrum Jülich ZEA2 a $65nm$ CMOS IC for neutrino detectors or high energy physics was developed. The "**Vulcan**" IC consists of a frontend with a transimpedance amplifier, three ADCs with $1 GS/s$ and $8$ bit resolution, a Digital Control Unit and a LVDS interface. This presentation will give a brief overview of the development, the main functionality and a possible usage of the IC. The main part of the presentation will describe the measurement setup, the verification environment and the measurement results of the IC.

Summary
