Two main comments:
5.1: ttbar and W+jets background:
l.197ff You write that you subtract the other background contributions from MC. But do you also subtract QCD based on the QCD MC? Wouldn't it be better to determine it from data, since large deviations of MC from data are observed by many analyses? If not, what is the uncertainty you apply for QCD background subtraction here?
l.202ff The difference between the inclusive and njet-binned remains unclear. It is also not clear how the individual corrections are obtained? And why do you need first an inclusive correction and then add an individual correction? Why not only individual corrections?
5.2: Z->nunu background estimate
It has been shown in SUS-13-002 that the production cross section ratio between photon+jets and Z+jets depends on HTmiss and HT (also n_jets was investigated). Probably there is also some dependency on MR and/or R^2. Has this been investigated? We wonder whether this could be the reason for the observed trend in Fig. 5? Fig. 6 seems also to show a trend, though this is in a region with low event counts, so maybe not too conclusive.
