For the MoU Barbara set these deadlines:
11.11. for a version which can be signed and put into the data base
16.11. Title for the project and in addition 1-2 sentences for each
sub-project.
In addition the full proposal needs to be ready in draft version on the 21.11. and sent to Joachim Mnich for inspection and on the
26.11. to the DESY Directorate and
30.11. arrived at Helmholtz in Germany and the RSF in Russia.
