Description
Less than 5% of the mass of the universe is composed of ordinary matter. An invisible component, called Dark Matter, and a force that repels gravity, called Dark Energy, make up the remainder. The DESY ATLAS group is searching for Dark Matter, Dark Energy, and other Beyond-the-Standard-Model particles produced in the high energy collisions of the LHC. This poster discusses some of our recent efforts toward possible new particles and a deeper understanding of the dark side of the universe.
