ZTF Spring Collaboration Meeting

23-25 March 2020

The "Berlin" meeting is going to be fully virtual. Discussions are divided into 6 90 min sessions:

  • SI: General project progress report and updates (Mon March 23rd 15.00 CET)
  • SII: Working group summaries for 2019 (Mon March 23rd 17.00 CET)
  • SIII: Individual contributed talks (Tue March 24th 15.00 CET)
  • SIV: Individual contributed talks continued (Tue March 24th 17.00 CET)
  • SV: Working group plans and ideas for ZTF2 (Wed March 25th 15.00 CET)
  • SIV: Meeting summaries + general discussions regarding ZTF2 (Wed March 25th 17.00 CET)

See the program for individual speakers.

As we have a limited amount of live discussion time, this format relies on each presenter having uploaded their full contributions ~24h earlier such that all participants will have had time to review these. During a session only a summary of the full presentation will be shown, after which we move directly to discussion. This will be particularly important this year as users might experience connection difficulties. All contributions are to be uploaded to the correct session at the twiki page here. (Please check that you have twiki access prior to the meeting.)

We have created a dedicated channel at the ZTF general slack: #berlin2020 . Use this to post any questions regarding the format and content, as they are probably also of interest to others. We also plan to use this channel during the meeting to post questions or comments to speakers. If this is done prior to the start of the sessions the speaker might even be able to prepar an answer! Contact us (or the communication coordinators) if you wish to join ZTF general.

Our default connection plan is to use Zoom. The link will be distributed through slack, or can be found at the meeting twiki page.
