Die Stabsstelle Personalentwicklung hat den Auftrag erhalten, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fortbildungsabteilung (EDU) ein neues Konzept für die Führungskräftefortbildung zu entwickeln.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass die tatsächlichen Bedarfe die Grundlage des Konzepts bilden. Aus diesem Grund laden wir die Führungskräfte aus allen Führungsebenen bei DESY und die Absolvent*innen der Helmholtz Akademie für Führungskräfte zu einer interaktiven Bedarfserhebung in Form eines virtuellen Barcamps am 9. November 2020 ein.
Bei diesem Termin möchten wir mit allen Führungskräften über gewünschte sowie erforderliche Formate und Inhalte diskutieren. Wir laden alle dazu ein, die neue Führungskräftefortbildung aktiv mitzugestalten und sich mit eigenen Themen an diesem Barcamp zu beteiligen.

The HR Development Department has been assigned to develop a new concept for management training in cooperation with the Education Department (EDU).
It is important to us that the actual requirements form the basis of the concept. For this reason, we invite leaders from all leadership levels at DESY and graduates of the Helmholtz Academy to an interactive needs assessment in the form of a virtual barcamp on November 9, 2020. At this date, we would like to discuss with all leaders the desired and necessary formats and contents. We invite everyone to play an active role in shaping the new leadership training program and to participate in this barcamp with their own topics.
