Beate:
- can explain 10.7 from geometry, but we need another factor of ~8
- pulse after focusing should be Gaussian (LOI was assuming flat-top and cut off in the edges with 3 sigma, so not realistic)
- this can explain the “missing” additional factor we see now
- we can discuss thicker target and a larger charge (additional factor of ~8), higher laser pulse rate, etc but for now we don’t change anything  and simply move on with the numbers we have at hand.
- will crosscheck the JETI40 numbers for BPPP

Sasha:
- presented procedure to get the signal in the fwd spectrometer case (would be similar for the other systems).
- note that what is tagged as “secondaries” in the files is usually also useful since this can be very mildly altered primaries (e.g. scattering in the air)

Ruth:
- will filter out the bkg from Sasha’s G4 and plug it in the fast-sim procedure.
- need to compare how the signal looks like in the fast-sim vs the G4 sim —> if it looks way different then we need to re-think.
- now have low-xi signal files from Tony

Maryna:
- setup with beampipe is implemented in the new geometry
- did the reconstruction (Wed)
