Since the beginning of November, large parts of the staff on the DESY campus are back in their home offices.
Many leaders are again challenged with virtual team leadership. The experiences from spring this year have shown that this can work in different ways - depending on the conditions and needs in the team.
Now, however, new questions arise such as
- How can I end the year 2020 with my team, when the usual Christmas celebrations with cosy get-togethers have to be cancelled?
- How do I motivate my team for the year 2021 against the background that nobody can say how long we will continue to work together in a hybrid or virtual way?
In the DESY-wide Barcamp for leaders on November 9, 20, we experienced that the cross-divisional exchange among leaders leads to fast and fruitful results.
That's why we cordially invite you to take part in our one-hour zoom exchange and to develop ideas together with colleagues and to consult each other.
