        Support requests from 1.3.2010 to 12.4.2010 for ATLAS: - Accounts: o new accounts: 10x o login problems (2x) due to wrong certificate o quota request: 1x - Releases: o in 14.4.0 compilation of user packages fail for SLC5 (not supported in this release by ATLAS) o problems with installation of 15.6.6 (problems with pacman build on ATLAS side) o iLumiCalc not working (offline DB access failing because offline DB not filled, new version can connect to online DB) o installation request: 15.6.7.8 o ganga: JEM module - System: o pyroot 5.24.00 not working (fixed by IT) - Complaints: o SGE down o Lustre down in HH - Other: o problems with bash as "login" shell and ATLAS group profiles (fixed) o AFS scratch creation for all ATLAS users
