Target group:
This module is compulsory for new leaders who have not yet attended a training course on conducting annual appraisals. The prerequisite for participation is attendance of Module 1.
In addition, all leaders who would like to refresh their conversation skills are welcome to attend.

- Reflecting on one's own attitude towards the annual appraisal, formulating open questions + concerns.
- Entering the discussion: discussion framework and preparation
- Conducting the conversation: guiding through questions, avoiding misunderstandings through active listening, giving effective feedback
- Practical exercises + feedback
- Intercultural peculiarities in communication
