Target group:
This module is open (in combination with module 2) for all employees who have not yet attended a training course on conducting annual appraisals.
In addition, all employees who would like to learn about the changes from 2021 and the use of the new tools are welcome to attend as well.

- Structure of the anual appraisal and topics to be discussed
- New tools (handouts, guidelines, documentation template)
- Time frame, contact persons, database
