- Module 1: Leadership Navigation: introduction into the field of leadership – models, examples, experiences, specifics of leadership in an academic environment
- Module 2: Feedback as your basic tool to build relationships and strengthen networks within the company, feedback as management tool, helpful insights from neuropsychology
