Description
I discuss the effect of an expanding plasma on probe matter by studying
time-dependent D7 brane embeddings in the holographic dual of an expanding viscous plasma in the presence of an external magnetic field B. The main focus
will be on the chiral phase transition and the behavior of the chiral condensate as a function of time and B.
