Join Andrea Pargätzi and Hans König for a two half-day, virtual workshop, identifying and strengthening your lateral leadership and feedback skills.
Lateral leadership is widely used in science and means leading without disciplinary management responsibility, without authority to issue directives. To ensure this, it is necessary to develop a leadership style that is very specific to the needs of the PhDs and students involved, enables communication at eye level, and motivates teamwork. Join our first two modules:
- Module 1: Lateral leadership Navigation: introduction into the field of this specific leadership style – models, examples, experiences, specifics of leadership in an academic environment
- Module 2: Feedback as your basic tool to build relationships and strengthen networks within the company, feedback as management and communication tool, helpful insights from neuropsychology
