What is the mean value of pt and the invariant dijet mass w/o energy shift? How does the mean of the invariant dijet mass change if you redo the exercise and shift the jet energy scale by +5% or -5%?




Question b):
How does the number of all jets, that pass the goodJet selection change when applying the shifts (you can check this from the number of entries in the phi histogram)? How does the mean of the jet multiplicity plot change?

How would you have to modify the analyer module to check the influence of the shift in the JES on the MET correction?
