Join our workshop ‘How to talk about career with your group members.’
In this workshop, we will discuss how to proactively address career topics with your group members. You will learn how to reflect about their competencies so you can give them meaningful feedback. We will discuss how to go about career aspirations inside and outside of science. To complement the input regarding career orientation, we will practice communication: You will get to prepare for such talks and practice them within the workshop.
The workshop consists of two sessions. The first session focuses on the role of a PI in career orientation, while the second focuses on career talks. Please note that they are designed to be attended as a package.
