(2G event)
Dear fellow PhD students,
we are organizing a pre-Halloween social hour dedicated to crafting and eating Pizza on Thursday October 28th (next week) starting at 6 pm in seminar room 4a/b (Building 1).
For that event you can meet fellow PhD students while doing a craft project, either one that we organize [1] or you can also bring your own project. The Pizza for the evening will be sponsored by DOIT / the PIER Helmholtz Graduate School. ;)
Everyone is welcome to join the event. As working group diversity we especially invite people of marginalized groups. :)
These times we obviously need a hygiene concept, this is listed below [2].
If you want to participate and
- do the craft project or
- get some Pizza
we ask you to register here until Tuesday 26th at noon, so we can get the supplies and pre-order the Pizza.
We will provide some soft drinks, feel free to bring your own drinks as well.
If you just want to join without Pizza or the craft project you can do that also spontaneously, as long as we don't exceed 40, the max. number of people allowed.

We will get the supplies for you if you sign up for the craft project in the sign up form. :)
[2] Hygiene concept
. 2G: every participant is either vaccinated or has recovered (please bring a certificate)
. the contact information of all participants is collected and stored confidentially for 4 weeks
. the maximum number of participants is 40 people
. the room will be separated into tables:
. at most 10 people sit at each table
. it is documented who is sitting at which table
. the tables have a distance of at least 3 meters
. at one's own table the mask can be taken off, off the tables one has to wear a medical mask and keep a distance of at leas 1.5 meters
. eating and drinking is allowed at one's own table
. individually packaged food can be served by the organizer
