Every person is unique, presenting an original combination of talents, skills, needs and interests. People who have investigated their unique potential have a valuable guiding tool for setting fulfilling goals and are able to actively proceed on a successful career.
The goal of the one-day workshop is to survey this unique potential by identifying one´s key competencies based on the analysis of successes and each participants personal and professional biography.
In addition to recognizing oneself and starting to develop your personal “brand”, it is essential to articulate ones qualities in a natural and self-assured manner. The workshop will provide the opportunity to practice how to speak for themselves in a safe space.
Self-confidence and awareness will increase, and participants learn how to build up self-esteem for themselves in the long run.
Methods Used:
The approach is systematic and creative at the same time. Trainer input, small group work, plenary sessions, solitary work and open space for questions will alternate in this workshop for a lively, concentrated and personal working atmosphere.

Participants will receive a workbook a few days before the session
Preparation:
Preliminary to the workshop, participants are asked to reflect on two or three of their personal success stories and are invited to get some feedback from people they know on their qualities.
