You are an advanced female student in Physics, Chemistry, Structural biology (or similar) and you would be interested in exploring PhD options? 

The Cluster of Excellence "CUI:Advanced Imaging of Matter" invites female talent to get to know us and our work. Hamburg with its excellent X-ray and electron accelerators and international leading experts offers the ideal environment for ground breaking research. At the heart of the cluster’s activities is the exploration of the microscopic origin of emergence in non-equilibrium. Here we set out to comprehensively answer the question, how emergence of functionality relates to the fundamental laws and key defining principles of physics. If you have a strong interest and ideally some background in our research field, you are invited to join us on the 14th of January for an informational zoom session on the Cluster. 

A zoom link will be send to all registered participants on the day before the meeting. 

In addition to this general informational session on PhD opportunities in the Cluster, a limited amount of spaces is available to meet one of our researchers online after the informational session. If you are interested in this, please sign up indicating the research area you are interested in so we can match you with a suitable PI.
