Description

SUCCESSFUL WITH NETWORKS

PhD-students often face the challenge how to build meaningful networks within their scientific community and in adjoining fields, especially outside the academic field. Networks are helpful in making one’s interests visible in a broader community. Also they support the concrete pursuit of professional, personal and scientific interests. The larger one’s network, the greater the chances of making meaningful and suitable connections. In a nutshell, networking means not: selling yourself and your ideas! It means much more: From the perspective of others you find matchings, which help everyone involved. This online coaching programme is aimed at female scientistsin the natural science in the PhD phase. Focus is on building up and expanding one’s own network in a suitable and “daily-bussiness” way.
