- During the retreat (in the morning of day 2), there will be two slots of 45 min each in which DESY FH staff will circulate through rooms dedidated to the Task Forces (see also the attached draft agenda and the INDICO page https://indico.desy.de/event/34649/ ). 

- in order to guide discussion with these “visitors”, the Task Forces are asked to prepare posters - at least one per Task Force. 

- These/this poster(s) shall cover the following issues: 
	- charge of the Task Force - what is it all about? 
	- Key questions addressed by the Task Force
	- What are the concrete challenges? 
	- Status of discussion
	- possibly questions to the audience - their input might be useful 

- You might also provide a thesis paper / summary document covering the above points prior to the meeting so that people can educate themselves for more in-depth discussions with you.   

- After the session, you will have an opportunity to present the main conclusions to the entire audience. 

- We kindly ask you to provide drafts of your posters for discussion until, at the latest, a week before the retreat, i.e. 22 August lunchtime.
