Workshop: CV-Check und Reflection
Part 1: CV Check
During a practical session the Mentees will be guided through a CV template which includes the essentials ingredients of a "CV with impact". The Mentees will learn how to create a convincing CV which is showcasing one´s talents and is taking the perspective of the employers into account at the same time.
Subsequently to the workshop the Mentees have 14 days to implement their learnings into their written application and eMail their updated CVs to the trainer, who will analyze the document and give each participant detailed feedback on strengths and weaknesses of the CV and will provide concrete ideas how to optimize the CV.
Part 2: Reflection on Mentoring Program:
The Mentees will have time to reflect on their past journey they have experienced during their time in the dynaMENT Program.
