TOP1: organisatorical issues
According to "terminplaner" the most favorite meeting slots are
- Thursday, 10 am
- Tuesday, 4 pm
It does not seem to be possible to find a slot which fits all.
Therefore it has been decided to do oscillating meeting slots-
There will be weekly meetings with rotating dates
starting with
TA6 overall meeting (Thu, August 18)
TA6 WP1 (Tue, August 30)
TA6 WP2 (Thu, September 08)
TA6 WP3 (Tue, September 13)
TA6 WP4 (Thu, September 22)
TA6 WP5 (Tue, September 27)
TA6 overall (Thu, October 6)
and so on
This is intended as a kickoff procedure to get all WPs into working state.
The work packages can after their kickoff meeting decide freely
to meet more often or to use only the Tuesday or the Thursday slot and so on
as long as it is communicated within TA6.

All meetings including minutes will be recorded in Indico.

Mailing lists for all TA6 work packages have been created.
People should register.

A TA6 Mattermost Channel exists already. WP specific channels can be created on demand

The TA6 intranet description
https://intra.punch4nfdi.de/?md=/docs/TA6/overview.md
contains also a description howto register to mailing lists.

It was discussed if the persons participating in the work packages should be listed in the work package descriptions:
e.g.
https://intra.punch4nfdi.de/?md=/docs/TA6/WP1/wp1.md
but then it was concluded that the person power of the work packages can be easily figured out via the corresponding mailing lists.

A description of possible Listserv commands should be provided in Intranet.

TOP2: short status update of all TA6 work packages

WP1 (Stefan Wagner):

Michael Zacharias started
PUNCH station in VDR e.V. together with Astrophysics
Marketplace tool to be tested with Astronomical society
Question: is this not already being done in NFDI consortia ?

WP2 (Kilian Schwarz):
progress via extended AAI meetings.
Topics as
- Token Delegation
- differences between Indigo IAM and Helmholtz AAI
- Authorisation claims in Unity
- fine grained file access control
- AAI policy
- AAI group usage in DESY Sync & Share and Indico
- AAI group structure in PUNCH AAI
- 2 factor authorisation in Helmholtz AAI
- reasons for Keycloak
- AAI and Base4NFDI
are being addressed and followed up.
The question came up:
is the PUNCH AAI only serving users who are members of PUNCH or should the PUNCH AAI serve also collaborators from outside PUNCH ?
The answer is: it should do both, in some areas research is still on progress
Specific use cases should be discussed, e.g. in the TA6 WP2 meetings or in the Collaborative Tool or inter TA meetings
concrete use cases which have been brought up were Effelsberg and HESS data

WP3 (Hermann Hessling):

WP4 (Guenter Duckeck):

Meetings not yet coordinated.
But already many activities,
e.g. list of open source analysis tools used in our communities
and a list of statistical methods applied

WP5 (Harry Enke):
no news
