The aim of this workshop is to give the particpants the opportunity to reflect at the end of the program on what insights and gains in terms of their professional and personal development were associated with their participation in the program. An exchange between the mentees and the program coordinator will shed light on the extent to which the goals set were achieved or changed in the course of the process. Based on these evaluations, attention is directed to the next (career) steps and the potential continuation of certain parts of the program, which can be self-organized (e.g., collegial counseling). Furthermore, the participants will be asked to give a final feedback on the overall program including its different components (mentoring, training, networking).
