• To have an apartment was good (short stays: hostel would be better)
• It would be better to have the apartment located in St.Genis
• There is general interest to go to CERN for shifts again next year.
• Andreas has found a 2-room apartment for less (7500 for 6 months)
• Idea: aim for 2 students/postdocs in a 2-room apartment for one month that is directly booked and paid by the students/postdocs - this way a new apartment can be booked for each month, which also includes that cleaning is done at the end of each month, since a new apartment will be taken per group.
• No more than 2 people per month at CERN to ensure that the car is available for the shifters.
• DQM shifts will be available from DESY from next year on as well for everyone who does not want to spend long time at CERN
