Description

Every Human being holds a mental mirror within that reflects how we judge ourselves and our identy, for better or worse. The image we have of ourselves in our mind is what psychologists call “self-concept,” or sense of self.
A strong sense of self, or self-concept, can help keep us focused on what really matters to us.
People with a good self-awareness are less likely to fall apart after a misstep, or when critcized. They might be more comfortable taking a risk because they have more confidence in their ability to bounce back when things don’t work out.

A strong self is something that can be developed intentionally.
To awaken the powerful self-concept within us, we need to focus on our skills, successes and positive attributes. We need to willfully create success stories that give us a reservoir of positive references. The goal of the one-day workshop is to survey this unique potential by idenentifying each Mentee´s key competencies, based on the analysis of the personal and professional biography and by giving and receiving feedback from each other. In addition to recognizing oneself and starting to develop your personal “brand”, it is
essential to articulate ones qualities in a natural and self-assured manner. The
workshop will provide the opportunity to practice how to speak for themselves in a safe space.
