Description
Abstract: Supersymmetric QFTs with 8 supercharges in various dimensions can often be analyzed using combinatorial data encoded in quivers. I will review how various quiver algorithms, developed over the past few years, have led to a better understanding of various phenomena, including the stratification of the moduli space of vacua, the Higgs mechanism, and RG flows. These can often be given a geometric interpretation, but some challenges remain. Based on 2209.15016, 2301.05239, 2302.03698 and upcoming work with M. Sperling and Z. Zhong.
