1 Mandate

The ECSB should 
- identify issues/concerns that affect ECS and bring them forward
- develop ideas for and/or organise events that are of interest for ECS
- serve as a sounding board for the FH director on decisions that affect ECS
- engage the ECS to take an active part in the development of ideas at DESY, in HEP or beyond
- liaise with the YHEP and ECFA ECR fora
- maintain a webpage that helps newcomers get oriented
- develop an "onboarding process" that helps newcomers find social contacts
