Dear present & future colleagues, collaborators and fellow scientists,

The eRImote project is the first to look at solutions for digital and remote service delivery in all areas of RI, seeking transferable practices and new developments that will improve the accessibility and resilience of RI infrastructures. While collecting existing processes, eRImote will also explore new solutions through defined use cases to develop and test their implementation in RI scenarios.

With your help, we aim to describe the bottlenecks, hurdles and challenges in remote and digital access provision. Please answer our six questions.

The answers of the survey will be anonymized and pooled together for analysis. The results will be published in autum 2023.
