Description

Galaxy clusters build the crossroad between cosmology and astrophysics. One one hand, they give insights onto our general, cosmological model, on the other hand they are a laboratory to understand key physical processes under extreme conditions. To understand them and the cosmological structures they live in better, complex, hydro-dynamical simulations are needed. Recently, such simulations even undergo dramatic evolution, both, in terms of physical processes which can be followed within them, as also their overarching goal to not just simulate any universe but even to simulate our Universe.

This is a HYBRID COLLOQUIUM!
