Dear Doctoral Researchers,

 

we are excited to announce our next DOIT Job Seminar, which is happening in two weeks, on October 10th!

The seminar will take place virtually.

The invited speakers are physicists who now work in the "industry". They give an introduction to what they are doing and also answer the question of what drove their decision to leave academia, a great opportunity to see interesting career options after the PhD.

There will be plenty of time for a discussion with the speaker.

This time our speaker is Dr. Piter Miedema.
He will tell us about his tasks as Grant Consultant and Project Manager at Uniresearch B.V. :
