FLASH Peak Brightness Experiments </br> Collaboration Meeting

The first round of experiments at the VUV free-electron laser FLASH has ended in March 2007. New proposals for the period fall 2007 to 2009 have been reviewed in fall 2006 and in the meantime beamtime has been granted. From the collaboration a number of proposals has been successful. The meeting aims in giving an overview of the results from the first round of experiments, detailing also the observations and particularities of these first FEL experiments. The second part of the meeting is devoted to discussion of the forthcoming experiments. Issues of instrumentation and co-ordination of activities by the different teams wil be essential for the success of these experiments.
