List of tasks:

1) Discuss and develop the new ECFA web page including the Training Panel page
2) Collect and coordinate schools in instrumentation
3) Organize an EU master in instrumentation
4) Attract, nurture, recognize, and sustain the careers of R&D experts

13:45 → 14:00 Panel tasks and next steps

The four tasks of the panel have been discussed. The slides are updated according to the suggestion received. 

Progress can only be made if volunteers are found to advance critical tasks in a timely manner. 

At least three persons should be identified to commit to the tasks below. 
Please send nominations ASAP. Everyone is welcome to join the panel, if you have colleagues interested in contributing, they are welcome!  

Next:

• prepare a report for the ECFA plenary meeting (16-17.11.2023, CERN) [EG]
• organize a community meeting with school organizers as a satellite of ECFA plenary [Richard]
• find financial support for the relaunch of the ECFA web page & training page [EG, Phil, Karl]
