The idea of the 8th March 2024 (International Women Day) online event is to inform and ideally attract young female scientists to roll out their career at a LEAPS facility. Thus, our female speakers act as role models and are asked for short statements & contributions to a panel discussion (see questions below). Speakers are our successful LEAPS women (science and engineering) on different career levels and in different working fields. Our target audience are master and PhD students (e.g. at universities that are connected to our labs).
