KS presented the current state of the Results Page

Discussion & Suggestions:

• MZ suggests to link "Marketplace Noticeboard" under "Getting Support"
• Under "Data" replace submenu "Data" with "Metadata"
• RM suggests to add a statement to "AstroData" & "Cern Open Data" what our contribution is
• "Handling data" should not be Metadata, need to find something else
• Statement "Partially implemented" under "Services" should be placed under all services or none
• Add "physics.tools" to "tools"; maybe merge both subsections (but TA3 will deliver soon: so better not) and add gammapy to "Analysis tools"; maybe replace submenu "Tools" with a different name
• Under "Documents" make all subheadings without links (see "Deliverable Documents"); Under "Compute" also link the in-kind products and maybe the questionaire, 
• Add an extra main folder for "Storage"; or summarize "Compute" & "Storage" under Service?; RM suggests to add also "Info & Support" under Service (but KS and SW prefer to keep it separate, but interlink)
• Don't forget people who look on these pages on a mobile device; RM would volunteers to produce a mobile-compatible page if wanted; SW would be interested in knowing how many would really look at such a page on a mobile device (RM suggests to ask the website hosts as they should have such statistics); 
• RM suggests that the page should be somewhat "modern" (like adding newsletter and twitter handles to the page footer and not under various submenus) including less main menus with more submenus; SW is not convinced that clicking through many submenus is an advantage; RM emphasizes that he just wanted to give a new perspective, it's not a "must"; KS says that such suggestions should still be kept for future iterations of the page
• "Search" engine seems to be working

Communication Officer (CO)

KS summarizes his view that a CO should be a person that connects work in TA6 & 7, and not someone who explicitly works on communication fulltime; RM suggests that the Results Page would be much more important to publish the products, which is much better advertisement; SW cautions that TA6 (and all of PUNCH) has no position/funding available within the budget for a fulltime CO (should have been envisaged at time of the proposal; one needs someone who works in PUNCH for the entire project lifetime; or it would need someone as an in-kind contribution); RM contends that it is important to reconsider our outside communication, but it would be preferable to have it "automatized"; SW stresses that if such a position (in-kind or otherwise) is created, it should be placed within TA6&7; KS summarizes that following RM's comment the Results Page will be a huge step forward to summarize and present our work; RM suggests that we should aim to have links to the PUNCH page from all member institute's websites (as this boosts search results) and also to advertise specific products within institutes (KS: and also to NFDI); 

NFDI synergies

Discussion on the intranet page; "Next meeting" updates mostly not filled (delete column?); Email Summarizer would be useful, but ELSA had problems with the concept (one would need agreement from each Email list and recipients); SW suggests that the ELSA statement would still make it possible to send it to a small group, start with WP1 mailing list as this is the list of people who are meant to distribute information from NFDI into PUNCH to test this and if it works we can open it to more people; Starting with a 2 week cadence
