AUPs are defined at multiple levels:
AUPs exist already for the Helmholtz-AAI and for PUNCH, which is seen as VO of the Helmhotz-AAI (link to be added here).
Services that are accessed via PUNCH-AAI should only further specify these AUPs (shortly!). Other services may still refer to these AUPs for consistency reasons.
