Tom
- rotating the collision plane
- polarization direction

Daniel:
- nothing going on at the moment
- early next year

Sasha & Tomas:
- nothing to change in the model before the IP chamber is done
- some changes will be needed by the calo people
- key4hep integration is progressing
- supporting Ivo for the calico implementation

Marin:
- in the process extending the method to measure the beam position
- did actual measurement in the XFEL and compare to sim with Stuart Walker

Arka & Alon:
- some residual issues with neutrons
- working this month 
- will do photons next

Shan:
- testbeam analysis (and G4 updates)
- changing the structure of the calo (1 X0 per layer now —> scanning now the length)

Noam:
- 8 staves are in WIS
- checking the mechanics with CMM
- then starting to mount the staves
- TLU integration almost done (changing the fw of the readout boards)
- concentrated effort in mid-January for ACTS

Louis;
- testbeam in ARES ongoing until tomorrow
- working well with the last prototype
- backscattering calo tested in flash-forward (with Antonio), also taking into account the feedback from the accelerator

Ivo & Raquel:
- extend the proposal to higher energies (—>30 GeV) - this is for the infrastructure grant… 
- Arka and Raquel will talk with Ivo
- Raquel will update next year (more variations and also with CALICE and GEANT4 - check with Sasha)
