We need to know if PUNCH is shown at conferences (e.g. DPG).
Would be desirable to circulate any presentations and papers in advance.

Page to be circulated in TA6(WP1) for comment, if rules and procedures are useful.
Afterwards: Present rules to Management to adopt these consortium-wide, with regular repetitions in Christiane's overview presentations.
Proposal: Make it a rule that people at least provide a link to the meeting minutes of NFDI calls on https://intra.punch4nfdi.de/?md=/docs/NFDI/sections.md ; possibly start to have a regular slot in the TA6-all meeting, where everybody (PUNCH wide) provides brief feedback of recent NFDI calls.
