This workshop brings the theory team of the Quantum Computing for High Energy Physics task force together in a nice and inspiring environment in Cyprus. It is the aim of the workshop to exchange and discuss ideas for quantum computing in the era noisy quantum hardware. Through talks and extensive time for discussions, the next steps for quantum computing in theoretical particle physics will be explored and a roadmap developed.
