The "Komitee für ElementarTeilchenphysik" (KET), together with the Helmholtz Alliance "Physics at the Terascale" are organising this workshop to gather people in the German particle physics community who are interested in the planning of CERN of a future collider. It will take place from May 22-24 at the University of Bonn.
The focus of the meeting will be on the results of the mid-term review of the CERN FCC Feasibility Study and a discussion of possible German contributions to the FCC-ee in the areas of physics studies, precision predictions, detectors, computing, and accelerator. Significant amount of time will be reserved for discussions to collect the input from the community. Furthermore, a plan on how to prepare the German contribution to the update of the European strategy for particle physics will be discussed, which is required by 31. March 2025.
A dedicated session on May 22 is organised by yHEP to inform and collect input from the early career researchers in the German particle physics community.
