Description

We discuss consequences of (anomalous) symmetries in gapped, integrable RG flows in 1+1 dimensions. We argue that in many known cases the crossing symmetry of the 2-> 2 particle scattering must be modified. This modification probes discrete data of the IR TQFT and ties to the action on the discrete vacua of the symmetry C preserved along the flow. We also comment on some interesting open problems and future directions. Based on 2403.04835 with Lucia Cordova and Shota Komatsu.
