Maria Theuerkauff has decades of experience in recruitment and HR, has worked for Huawei R&D and LinkedIn Dublin and served as an Interim Recruiter for blockchain and fintech startups in Berlin and Amsterdam specialising in IT and tech recruitment. Maria Theuerkauff founded her own business in Germany in 2019, and recently Maya Naegler has joined as a Partner at staffonly.tech. Together, they are a small team of female Talent Acquisition Partners and love connecting people, sourcing hidden talents, and helping startups grow with motivated new team players.
